Wo Energie fließt, ist auch Leben. Denn Energie ist Leben.
Keep the Right Mobility on the Road
As the global priority with regards to the transportation sector is to reduce carbon emissions, it will be necessary to set up a new strategy instead of relying on only battery electric vehicles. In the US the “Low Carbon Fuel Standard” is a clean fuels program that requires petroleum fuel suppliers to reduce the average carbon intensity of their fuels by a certain percentage each year. This means that fuel supplier must blend higher volumes of alternative fuels in their stream, purchase alternative fuels with lower carbon intensity or incur steep compliance costs by purchasing LCFS credits.
Visible at a glance
Lowered carbon intensity, caused by higher volumes of alternative fuels should be visible for the customer at a glance, looking at the station’s brand, as brands generally are a guarantee of quality and this also applies to fuels. Now especially in regard of low carbon standards.
The new gasoline brand SPRIT clearly shows the energy source where the fuels come from. They origin from solar power and are the result of converted and stored solar energy.
SPRIT is an international registered brand, offered to companies which are interested to brand or rebrand their gasoline station network and show how to keep mobility on the road in a challenging climate environment.
